This project marks the beginning of an ongoing collaboration with Empathy, starting with their 2024 end-of-year video and expanding into a range of animated assets created for the brand across different touchpoints.

Empathy’s creative team brought me on board to animate their recap video. They provided the script and initial designs, and I contributed to refining the visual flow, enhancing the layouts, and animating the full piece.


Since then, I’ve continued working with the team on additional motion elements—anything from micro-animations and animated illustrations to brand-driven motion design that supports their evolving visual language.



Our shared goal has been to keep the motion work simple and clear, while adding enough nuance and detail to maintain sophistication. The tone of compassion was central to the initial video and continues to guide the rest of the work.

Empathy’s brand is beautifully built, with a distinct color palette, custom typography, and a rich interplay between type and illustration. It’s a treat to animate within that world, and I’ve really enjoyed helping bring it all to life.
