Shapes | Meet the peopleOS

We created a product video for Shapes that presents the platform through its new visual direction. The film is built on a system of shifting shapes, bold graphic moments, and a clear UI storyline that reflects how the product adapts to the way teams structure their work. The shape mechanics set the rhythm of the piece, revealing scenes, connecting ideas, and giving the video its visual identity.

Motion & Design

Since the video was developed while the Shapes team was refining their updated brand language, the process naturally became a dialogue. We are very proud of how the product narrative, the motion language, and the brand aesthetic came together into one cohesive piece.

Styleframes & Explorations

Ideas explored in our style frames fed into the evolving identity, while the brand’s direction guided how we shaped the motion, composition, and flow. This back and forth created a visual system where abstraction, product storytelling, and typography feel unified and intentional.

Ui components

A detailed UI sequence anchors the video, following a single use case across the platform. It shows how components move, how the interface behaves, and how the system supports everyday work. Balancing this functional clarity with more expressive shape-driven moments became a key part of the design approach.

Use of Images

A core part of the new brand involves incorporating imagery: film-shot photos of real moments around work and life. People, objects, actions, and even off-days by the pool. The film texture creates a warm contrast to the crisp vector shapes, giving the system a touch of coziness and subtle nostalgia.

AI agent

The Shapes AI agent appears briefly as a small comic-inspired face that communicates insights inside the workflow. Animated by Idan Vardi for the product, it adds a light, human touch and sits naturally within the flow of the interface.
